We hope you will join us as a participating restaurant for SF Restaurant Week! Here are the details:
 
Registration Deadline: The deadline for all participating restaurants to register is March 26th.

Membership dues support GGRA’s policy work and communications. These fees allow us to continually advocate for this industry and work with the city of San Francisco to help ensure restaurants are provided with the guidance and resources they need throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

 

If you are in a position to renew or join the GGRA with the membership fee that corresponds to your current annual revenue level, we would truly appreciate the support.

Our regular membership fees are based on a restaurant’s or restaurant group’s combined annual revenue. Dues range from $300 – $2,000 annually:
Restaurant (< $750K annual revenue): $300
Restaurant ($750K – $1.99M annual revenue): $425
Restaurant ( $2M – $4.99M annual revenue): $675
Restaurant ($5M-$9.99M annual revenue): $1,100
Restaurant (>$10M annual revenue): $2,000
 
We understand it is a difficult time for everyone. If you are not in a position to renew or join with the membership fee associated with your annual revenue level outlined below, please reach out to ggra@ggra.org, to recieve a 50% discount code.

Menu Formats:

SF Restaurant Week will feature three menu types at six price points:
Lunch (2+ courses): $10, $15, $25
Dinner (3+ courses): $25, $40, $65
 
You can choose to offer either a lunch or dinner menu, or offer both. We encourage you to get creative to make the price points work for your restaurant, such as “Dinner for 2”, meal kits, drink pairings, etc. 
 
Your menus can be made available to guests through takeout, delivery, outdoor dining, as meal kits, and/or indoor dining (only if permitted by the City of San Francisco at the time of the event).
 
Whatever you choose to offer, we ask that you offer it continuously throughout the duration of the program (within your normal hours/days of operation) to provide the best possible experience to guests. 
 
Menu Submission Deadline:
 
Your restaurant will be included on the participating restaurant list on the SF Restaurant Week website, powered by menumodo. There will also be a link to view your menu, make a reservation, or visit your website to place an order.

Your prix fixe menu(s), or meal offerings must be sent to us (in PDF format, incorporating the Eat Drink SF logo) no later than Friday, March 26th. 
 

It is to your advantage to submit your menus/offerings as early as possible. The sooner you apply and submit the necessary documents, the more likely you are to be featured in marketing collateral and in our social media and digital communications. Restaurants that submit earlier tend to get more reservations (pending menu quality).
